Since the snow is 2ft deep and it's -30 C, and my bike is snuggly stowed away 2 hours from me, I have a question: Would a set of slant saddlebags measuring 12"L x 10" H X 5.5" D fit on the Savage? What are these worth? There a set of Willie & Max bags in not bad shape at a pawn. I thought if they fit, they would be good for the odd beer run...
